Citizen influence is what keeps every branch of the government in check.  By leaving much of the judicial selection process to an appointed commission that acts outside of the public eye, we have removed too much popular influence and allowed special interest groups to dominate the process.

We want people in charge of our courts, not elite special interests.

Judicial elections will ensure that our judicial selection process works for the best interests of every Missourian, not the narrow interests it currently serves.
